When is a resident swap happening?
Resident swaps are happening anytime you want, anytime.
You don’t have to be a resident in order to sign up for one.
The first resident swap event will be on May 6, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.
ET, and there will be three days of swap events per month until the end of the year.
You can sign up here.
What are the rules?
Resident swap events are a great way to get involved in a hobby that is more rewarding for you and your family than it is for a single person.
For example, you can pick up a copy of the Resident Evil: The Final Chapter to learn more about the game and play the first level.
You also can choose to get your copy of Resident Evil 4: The Room, which comes out on October 7, and play through the campaign, and even get a copy to share with your family.
If you’re not into Resident Evil, you could also go through the Resident Elite: The Ultimate Collection and get a pass to play through all the DLC that was released.
How much do I need to pay?
To sign up, you need to have at least $20 in your PayPal account.
There are no registration fees or minimums.
If there’s a fee, it’s $10.
If it’s a credit card, you’ll need to provide your full name and address.
You’ll also need to show a photo ID, but you’ll get a letter from the bank with your credit card.
How do I apply?
Once you’ve filled out the form, you should receive an email from your bank letting you know you’ve signed up.
You need to sign into your account on your phone and enter your address, as well as a confirmation email.
Once you have your email address, you will receive a confirmation letter from your credit or debit card company.
Once it’s sent, you don’t need to do anything else.
Can I swap without a Resident Evil card?
Resident swappers can use PayPal, but Resident Elite is required for all other purchases.
They can’t swap with other Resident Elite members or with any other Resident Evil-themed game, game item, or merchandise.
Resident Elite swappers are allowed to swap with each other as long as they’re not reselling Resident Evil games.

If we see a sale for Resident Elite cards, we will have a notification to let you know.
Do Resident Elite and Resident Elite players have to pay fees?

Theres no minimums or registration fees, and theyre not required to pay a $10 fee to swap.

Can Resident Elite use my debit or credit card?
The card is only valid for the duration of the resident swap.
Resident swaps can be used for any of the following purchases: rent, furniture, transportation, or goods purchased from the Resident Agency.
The Resident Elite Program is designed to help people who love Resident Evil and are looking to find a new hobby, but dont want to be in a job where theyre required to work.

You will need to be an active resident in your area.
If I sign up online, can I swap with my friends and family?

This is where you can take advantage of all the perks that come with Resident Elite, including the Resident Agent, Resident Agent’s Club, Resident League, and more.
Resident Agent can even be used to make purchases with other players on the same account.
Once a Resident Agent joins a Resident League or Resident Elite Club, they can also make a Resident Team purchase.
Resident League allows you to buy a copy or two of any of Resident Elite games, including Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 5, and Resident Alliance.
